About my practice
Initial consultation
I offer a FREE initial 20-minute consultation so we can see if it feels like we would be able to work together in a way that would be helpful for you. For this initial consultation, we can meet online through Zoom or speak over the phone.
Fees
The cost of a regular 50-minute counselling session is £75 in person or online.
I also offer limited lower cost spaces for those on a low income, students or retired people. Ask me about this in our initial meeting. I would be happy to provide more information.
I believe it is really important that you find the right therapist - someone you feel comfortable with and someone you can come to trust. Please contact me for the initial free consultation.

Online counselling
Whether you are based in the UK or the world, I offer the opportunity to have secure, private 1:1 sessions online, either via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Online counselling is a very effective and convenient way to access therapy from the comfort of your home or your private space. This way of counselling breaks down the geographical barriers and gives easier access to therapy. I have been effectively counselling clients online for a number of years now. My clients regularly report the convenience of connecting online and the flexibility of appointments offered. However, I understand it is not for everyone, and some clients prefer more traditional, in-person counselling.
