How I work

“I work with individuals in a way that aligns with their unique needs, focusing not simply on fixing the issues but on fostering a collaborative and creative process that empowers clients to trust their own, innate wisdom.”

I work with a wide range of issues and symptoms, such as:

In summary, I will help you to explore whatever you’d like to bring to our sessions.

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • stress

  • low self-esteem

  • loneliness

  • suicidal thoughts

  • aggression

  • trauma and abuse

  • childhood neglect

  • family conflict

  • relationship concerns

  • career or life choices

  • abortion

  • infertility

From the start, I aim to establish a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can take risks and explore any challenges, uncertainties, or curiosities you may have about yourself and your life.

My goal is to listen deeply, beyond just your words, so that together we can make sense of the landscape in which you find yourself. In my experience, it is this quality of relationship that enables people to expand their awareness in ways that facilitate lasting and meaningful change.

During our weekly 50-minute sessions, I can support you in finding out more about who you are and what you want. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, attitudes, behaviours and imagination to understand the issues that are making life difficult right now, and to discover your hopes for the future and how to get there.

I work with either a limited number of sessions (6–12) or open-ended sessions, depending on the client’s needs and therapy goals. My clients tend to stay in therapy for a longer period as deeper work requires time, but some clients are in different positions and their needs might be more suited to shorter therapy. It all depends on the individual's needs.

The best way to get a sense of how I work and to see if you would like to work with me is to contact me to arrange an initial free phone call or video call.

My practice is diverse, and I very much welcome people from various cultural backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, sexual orientations, diverse genders and different life experiences.

I look forward to connecting.
